Thursday, July 9, 2015. No Hands Lunch Doodle. I have this fear of not drawing hands because of art teachers saying "I see you're avoiding drawing hands." So at lunch I'm doodling this thing and I think "Damn I should show the hands. better put 'em in." This has become a willful act of restraint from proving myself to the ghosts of art teachers past. Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Playing around again. I don't normally try to do tonal renders traditionally because they frighten me and ruin drawings. But . omlettes and eggs and so forth I suppose. Also my perspective isn't the hottest. Sunday, March 22, 2015. Well I've had a lovely weekend doing virtually nothing but some light errands, cartoon watching and playing around with markers and pencils. I did these quick colour things a while back for a project I wanted to start doing that didn't go anywhere. I learned a lot about character development doing it which was great though.
