Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Sour Cream Noodle Bake. I made this Pioneer Woman. Recipe for friends that are new parents. It was listed as a freezer friendly meal which I think can be good if you are bringing someone a meal so they have the flexibility to store it and eat it another time if they wish. It is hearty, cheesy great comfort food so perfect as they are adjusting to their new lives! Took on her site if you want :). Sour Cream Noodle Bake. Serves 8 with sides. 1 1/4 lbs ground beef. 8 oz egg noodles.

Friday, April 17, 2015. We really had a sweet time this Easter. It was neat to have my parent's come for the Saturday evening service. Then on Sunday, I served early and we all went to Shelby to see the Barber Family. It was a beautiful day. The kids stayed with Meme and Papa for a couple of days and played with their cousins, Meredith and Jay Caleb. Priceless moments with grandparents! We all loved holding Lori's new babies. It was rough adjusting back to real life this Monday, but we made it! We saw th...

Feb 26, 2013. So many events have happened over the past month, I have a hard time remembering everything. Friday, July 24, 2015. The summer started with a couple of camps. Bethany had gymnastics camp with Mrs. Courtney at Mrs. Rhonda's. Needless to say, she loved it! She's been flipping ever since. The show at the end of the week was so cute. Jake sitting watching the big boys after a scrimmage at his camp. We practiced dancer pose. We practiced some cursive. We went to see "Inside Out" with the Chaneys. I really didn't get any good pictures of baseball camp, but he loved it. The kids loved the penguins.

Thursday, June 12, 2014. One of my life goals was to complete a triathlon before I turned 40. Ally and Jon gave me her old road bike and suddenly the goal became reachable. So as naive as can be, I convinced Ally to sign up for the Rambling Rose Women's Triathlon with me. The cool thing is that we did it! We finished in a great time too! Granted the swimming was torture, but some training could make this not only possible but easier! I am so proud of us. Here's all the gear laid out the night before.
