Friday, April 20, 2012. Life is filled with changes. I don't handle the big ones well. I remember my last piano lesson. It was sad. I cried when I left. I loved my teacher so much and had spent 30 minutes with her virtually every week for several years. It was hard. I remember going to college. I was only an hour from home, but I was homesick for days and days. I contemplated going home in the middle of the night on that first night. I remember moving to Michigan, 13 hours from home. It was SO hard.

So If you have an adventurous side and like to try new things then give this a whirl. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast. 1 pkg taco seasoning mix. 3-4 potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced. 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream (optional). Haven og naturen i det katalanske Frankrig. Mandag den 28. oktober 2013. Abrikosmarmelade og julimad med courgetter, bønner og rødbede. Netop nu står et par kasseroller med halverede abrikoser af sorten Rouge de Roussillon og en kusine til dem og trækker i Cassonade, en god rørsukker. Senere i dag koger jeg de glas, de skal ned i, og snart dufter huset af den smukkeste confiture d'abricots. Smagen af sol og sommer er nu på glas. Der kommer mange courgetter, her er de i selskab ned peberfrugt og et stykke...
