Hawley3 the red one! Sunday, September 1, 2013. Amelia's 1st Kids Marathon! Marathon weekend is always a highlight in the spring for us. Chris and I always do an event, whether it's the 1/2, relay or 10K but this time Amelia was ready for the kids event for the first time! Kids can choose between 1/2 mile or a mile and Amelia chose the 1/2 this year :) She is geared up and ready to go! She found some friends right away :). And they are off. Along the way she picked up more friends that she knew.

Saturday, January 7, 2012. We've had a rather eventful week, here in Chadron. Zella started "school" on Wednesday. It's a pre-school in town that is run by the college. Z goes 3 times a week for 1/2 days. She is loving it! Proud to show off her classroom! Laney was pretty excited to spend some time with mommy! She still likes to go down on her belly though, especially when no one is there to guide her down. Pretty proud little girl! Brent was able to get the garage cleaned out to fit both our vehicles in!

Sunday, February 27, 2011. Eventhough daddy is gone on an assignment, and we got 8" of snow the previous night (this picture was taken the day before as there is no snow on the ground), we still had to celebrate our, now preschooler's, birthday! I made some more cupcakes and let the birthday girl watch Sesame Street ALL morning. She even got mac&cheese for lunch! The girls seem to dig the new stroller.thankfully! Sunday, January 1, 2012. The temperatures have been so nice lately so we spent hours at the park the other day.on December 30th! It was so nice to be able to go out and spend some time outside, we all agreed we'd be happy if this is how our "winter" continued to be. Ummm, a little help please? Hmmm, maybe if I try hard enough.". Zella took a shot at walking the dog. She's not well behaved on a leash, so Z did pretty well. Daddy even got in on the action!
