Ethics of a Sadist: If I am not authentic then I am nothing.
http://ethicsofasadist.blogspot.com/2010/12/if-i-am-not-authentic-then-i-am-nothing.html
Ethics of a Sadist. Monday, December 13, 2010. If I am not authentic then I am nothing. Are we seeing ourselves with a pre-birth existence and that we now act in a way untrue to this previous self, but this current dual nature would still be combined to make one oneself. Harking to the past for accurate measures on self is no answer. Or do we claim that being something different from what we imagine or hope causes this inauthentic state? But if this were the case would there ever be authenticity?

Ethics of a Sadist: January 2010
http://ethicsofasadist.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Ethics of a Sadist. Sunday, January 24, 2010. A drink for you a drink for me. Now how long before they design one of these to be surgically embedded into the stomach so that we can cut down on our sugar consumption without, you know, consuming less sugar. But in the techogeeks happy future the stomach battery could be used to power an induction charger so you can charge up your cellphone every time you place it into your pocket. Friday, January 22, 2010. The Issue of Time. So what is a good use of time?

Ethics of a Sadist: Reality
http://ethicsofasadist.blogspot.com/2010/03/reality.html
Ethics of a Sadist. Saturday, March 13, 2010. I hear the rumble because I am sitting apart, it is not my creation, but it exists because I allow it. March 16, 2010 at 12:14 PM. Can the rumble be an enjoyable thing? Like sitting next to a noisy stream. Movement causes all that gurgling, but its most soothing to hear when you are lounging beside it, not moving at all. I like the rumble better when Im not trying to speak or hear. Otherwise its irritating, in my way. What else have you been allowing lately?

life as adventure 101: 45. have a silent picnic
http://hawleysara.blogspot.com/2011/08/45-have-silent-picnic.html
Life as adventure 101. 45 have a silent picnic. For a great time gather some talkative people together, set them out on a blanket with food, and forbid them speech. Their attempts to circumvent the silence are precious. They glance meaningfully at crackers and grapes, invent vague gestures, nod and smile to excess, and occasionally appear to be in some pain. Try this one. You'll be surprised at how much you don't need to say. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What have I been up to?

Quotes Worth Quoting: August 2011
http://quotesworthquoting.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Turn to God; for your religion won't save you, and you will be damned. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Monday, August 1, 2011. One might succeed in explaining to the dullest of men the most difficult of problems, if he had no previous conception in regard to them, but it is impossible to explain to the cleverest man even the simplest matters if he is perfectly sure he knows everything about them.
