Thursday, May 29, 2014. I am so proud of her and all that she has learned and accomplished this year. Kindergarten now days isn't the kindergarten that I remember that's for sure! I don't remember learning to read until first grade and I especially don't remember writing stories! This year has been a great learning experience for both her and I. Such is the life of the oldest child. We received this sweet card from Mrs. Brown the other day. Thank you so much for the sweet card and yummy gifts you gave me!

Hansen Family: Happy Birthday Mr. Hayze!
http://codylovesaubry.blogspot.com/2015/04/happy-birthday-mr-hayze.html
Monday, April 6, 2015. Happy Birthday Mr. Hayze! This handsome little man turned two years old! He is my snuggly little boy that is always happy to spend some quality snuggle time with his mommy watching Mickey Mouse. It is also thrilling to watch him become a loud, rough and tumble little boy. We love you Mister Hayze! Little man was perfectly content playing with his trucks for quite some time and could not be bothered to continue to open presents. His sweet sisters sacrificed and helped him. Then he w...

Hansen Family: July 2014

Thursday, July 24, 2014. Pioneer Day at the Aquarium. In celebration of Pioneer day Grams, Grandpa and Uncle K invited us, well mostly they invited the kids they just let us tag along, to the new aquarium. There were just a few other people in the valley that had the same plans. I was a little worried about how crowded it would be when we saw the parking lot but it didn't feel over crowded at all. We were very impressed with everything! Who can resist hugging and shaking the fin of a giant orca? The ocea...

Hansen Family: October 2014
http://codylovesaubry.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 31, 2014. This year we had a Frozen Halloween at our house. I was a little hesitant to go with the massively popular movie as our theme. But, the girls love it! I lucked out and found these darling costumes at a local boutique for a fantastic deal. Both girls wanted wigs this year so they could have hair like their chosen Disney Princess. We laughed because Mya's wig looks almost exactly like her hair except I don't think there is any possibility I could get her hair that straight. We sto...

Hansen Family: August 2014
http://codylovesaubry.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 23, 2014. So I was scrolling through my Pinterest feed the other day and I happened to notice this. So here it is: I have depression. I have battled it for 12 years. I'm not ashamed of it or myself one bit! In fact ask me about it, I'm very open about my condition and want to be an advocate for those who need a support system. I'm not embarrassed or ashamed because I fight! I have joy in my life and I am so thankful for it! When I began my first journey into the dark I was just out of hi...

Thank you for 10 fantastic years and I'm looking forward to what life will bring us as we journey through the next 10. Saturday, June 21, 2014.

Friday, December 26, 2014. A Merry Little Christmas. As I crawled into my bed last night, after another wonderful Christmas, my heart was full. It felt full to overflowing with gratitude for the numerous blessings that have poured into my life. Yesterday was so full of joy. It was sprinkled with a little stress and a little chaos, but what Christmas day isn't? Thursday, December 25, 2014. Christmas Time's a Comin'! Christmas is the spirit of giving without the thought of getting. It is happiness beca...

Thursday, February 27, 2014. Thursday Pictures - 48 Weeks. Thursday, February 20, 2014. Thursday Pictures - 47 Weeks. Friday, February 14, 2014. This year was Miss Mya's first grade school experience with Valentines Day. She was so excited to choose valentines treats for her classmates and was even more excited to come home and survey what she received from them. She excitedly announced to me in an almost surprised voice that 'people love me'! Yes, my sweet girl, I'm not sure how they couldn't. As much a...

Hansen Family: Welcome to 2015!
http://codylovesaubry.blogspot.com/2015/01/welcome-to-2015.html
Saturday, January 3, 2015. The night has come! The night for friends, family, food, fireworks and flames! The night when we round up all the Draper's and Keetch's and anyone else who wants to join us and we celebrate the coming of a new year. The celebrations have had to be adapted some now that we are adding kiddo's back into the mix. No evenings gathered around 500 piece puzzles. This year we threw it back to the old days and pulled out the Little Mermaid movie poster puzzle. Soon enough it was time to...

Hansen Family: Easter Picnic 2015
http://codylovesaubry.blogspot.com/2015/04/easter-picnic-2015.html
Monday, April 6, 2015. Keeping up a Smith family tradition, we gathered with Gram's family for an little pre Easter celebrating. This could possibly be the last time that we can have our picnic up at 'The Orchard' where it's been for so many years. There is the possibility that it may be developed by next year so we were glad the the weather was sunny and shining down on us all together as a family. Hot dogs, jello eggs, chips, and drinks. These girls were quite content. Youve got the technique down!
