Saturday, September 27, 2014. 法朋食記 Le Ruban Pâtisserie. 昨天老闆們請吃xx度C下午茶（公司所在的鬼地方只有xx度C能挑）。其實很想說我不用，但拒絕了又好像在打臉，看著沒圖片的外送單，挑來挑去，只好挑了一杯海岩咖啡與香草巧克力慕斯。之所以會點慕斯，是因為知道這種店的海綿蛋糕根本沒有口感可言，也不想吃太多麵粉，鮮奶油品質就更不用說了（我被伊絲妮鮮奶油給慣壞了）。 老闆請客的心意我非常感激，可是這頓下午茶實在讓我覺得非常不值。還嚴重懷疑如此的料理水平，為什麼能連鎖店開全國，甚至開出國去？此時我需要美味西點慰藉的需求就愈發強大，巴不得能馬上奔去Le Ruban Pâtisserie（無奈歐洲太遙遠）吃他一塊蛋糕就好。 結論：* 吃過法朋就回不去了 *. Sunday, November 02, 2014. 這陣子好多人都在討論某知名暢銷小說家的緋聞。說實在，干卿底事？ 今天這個作家只是寫小說，又不是寫勸世文。假如他專門寫勸世文歌頌單一伴侶純潔情愛，抨擊他倒還說得過去。今天他不過是個寫故事的，那麼認真又何必？作家又不等同於他的故事。小說裡寫妓女的作家都當過妓女嗎？太宰治去跳河那他的書迷怎麼不都切腹去？（可是他實在不算個好例子，自傳式色彩很濃）小說故事創造出來付印成冊原本就有其獨立性存在，更不用說那些故事只是虛構事件，與作者個人私德又何必劃上關聯？大不了不爽就別讀了，有什麼好大驚小怪的。 就小說而言，作者與作品間原本就不能劃上等號的，就像演員本人並不等於他們所飾演的角色一樣。但偏偏就會有入戲太深的觀眾，把下了戲的演員仍當成那個角色。 Astor Piazzolla的音樂，餘韻十足。 Posted by Stella Wang.

Thursday, September 25, 2014. 原本預計著要在今年生日來個大變髮，想來想去，想到最後來是決定把這筆錢省下來，換成泡泡染聊以自娛便得，還不知不覺的在最近這個月內一次補足過去多年的購書與保養化妝品額度，說實在一加一減下來，也直逼燙染剪的費用了。 時間不對，所以頭髮就沒弄成了。時間碰上，整個計畫就於是轉彎了。 今天下午馬力全開的回著mail，不料一下班回到家就看到令人吐血的新聞（雖然真相仍待考證）。腦門充血的當下，朋友分享了Jeff Buckley的Hallelujah。Click。或許就是這一刻，感覺對了，感覺到了，在對的時間，再次聽到對的歌。那些紛紛擾擾，都隨著吟唱沈澱下來吧。 Posted by Stella Wang. Sunday, August 31, 2014. 今天中午與好久不見的老友約在公館碰面。他們想吃飲茶，於是就去了易牙居打牙祭。在公館待了相當長一段時間，卻從沒踏入易牙居。並非不愛飲茶，反而是多次聽到「嗯.」之類的評價因此始終提不起興趣一試。今天總算是身歷其境一回，果真過去所聞的確不無道理。餐點不至於難吃，但也就是普普通通，特別是燒賣肉質總覺不甚鮮美，腐皮卷的腐皮過於厚重，反而掩蓋了內餡的能見度。 不過醉雞還算不錯，我們另外點了一道外觀看似豆腐，由蝦泥、麵糊、牛奶下去酥炸而成的小點口感也不錯，菜名忘了。這道菜今天頭一次吃，無從比較起，總之還算推薦。只不過份量小了點，約莫一塊正方形雞蛋豆腐大小而已。 麥文記麵家的芥藍剛上桌時，我們都皺了皺眉頭，思忖這菜梗如此粗大該如何入口才好，因為那梗可能是台灣一般可見的兩倍粗吧。但點都點了，能有什麼辦法...Posted by Stella Wang.

Monday, August 18, 2014. 曾經有一度很愛韓式泡菜的辣和韓式石鍋飯，但這兩年吃過兩次韓式料理，特別是前陣子去公館的「 糕糕在尚. 12301;用餐過後，才發覺自己對韓式料理的愛已經消失了。 並不是說「糕糕在尚」不好吃。他們家的食材肉品都滿新鮮的，醬料的滋味也挺豐富濃郁的，只是以整體來看，味覺搭配卻不是很多元。一餐吃下來，從泡菜、烤肉到年糕鍋，口味都沒差太多。 聽說在韓國當地的餐廳用餐，一頓飯吃下來會有許許多多的小菜。只是我懷疑這些小菜的調味是否也大同小異？像「糕糕在尚」吃到飽的小菜雖然種類不少，應該有五六種吧，但每一種吃起來都很像，而且因為口味重，吃到後來只剩下鹹度酸度的對比，吃不慣重鹹的我選擇就相當有限。 Posted by Stella Wang.
