Many food safety experts recommend this method anyway, since it can be difficult to make sure the stuffing is hot enough to kill the bacteria. You can put a halved onion and some celery inside the turkey to give the turkey the flavor of stuffing or you can mix some softened butter with herbs and rub it between the skin and flesh and over the skin before you star the roasting process.

Box of Pasta Shells (stuffing size) Boiled to al dente and cooled. 2 Pounds Hamburger browned, drained (seasoned with taco seasoning optional). 1 Large Can Refried Beans. 8 oz Block of Colby Jack Cheese (shredded). 8 oz Block of Pepperjack Cheese (shredded). 2 Cans Enchilada Sauce. 1 Spoon a little enchilada sauce on bottom of 9x13 pyrex dish. 2 Mix refried beans, cooked hamburger and ¾ of the shredded cheese. 3 Spoon bean, cheese, meat filling into the boiled and cooled shells.

Thanks, Linda! 2 3/4 cups shortening. 5 squares unsweetened chocolate (I just convert this to cocoa and shortening). 5 1/2 cups sugar. 3/4 tsp. salt (cut down). 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla. 5 cups flour (heaping). 2 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional).
