The 2017 Highlands County Youth Citrus Tree Project is open for registration! Its That Time of Year Again! To find out how you can be a part of The Highlands County Youth Citrus Project. Things to Know When Signing Up for YCP. This project is open to ALL YOUTH ages 8-18. Participant must turn 8 prior to April 15th, 2016.). Each Youth must be signed up with 4-H Online. Instructions can be found here. Payment for Tree Kits are due prior to Workshop #1 on April 28th. Workshop #1: Citrus 101. April 28th, 2016.
