I do feel hunger at some times during the day, but I drink something and it goes away until meal time. When I eat I feel "full" quickly, but finish the meal. This is so amazing to me. I am not uncomfortable. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Today I can say that I have lost 10 pounds since I started on the 18 th. Friday, May 22, 2009. Day 4: Load Loss.

It was very windy out and the walk back to our cars was uphill and against the strong wind, almost blowing us backward at one point. Good exercise. Day 39 of VLCD.
