Can a 57 year old woman stay the course? Laquo; day 8 progress. Days 9 and 10 progress. June 19, 2012. Doom, doom, gloom, gloom…it has not been a happy two days. 8211; day 9 showed no change. Stayed at 185.7. I was not too discouraged by that at first, but then I was. All day. Awful day. Today’s weight is even worse: up 2.2. Lbs to 187.9. For the last two days –. Lunches: both days I had 12 of those razor-thin Oscar Meyer chicken slices and a handful of cherry tomatoes. Anyway, I passed the crisis of day...

Can a 57 year old woman stay the course? Laquo; day 6 progress. June 16, 2012. Today is my one week marker, and fate has decided to keep me from celebrating…. 9/10 pound. Boo hoo! Total of 5.8. This morning I took measurements again:. Bust – 40.5, no change. Waist – 33, down 3 inches. Hip – 46.5, down 1 inch. Thigh – 27, down 1/2 inch. Upper arm – 13, down 1/4 inch. Total I’m actually a little surprised that I have made it 10 days on the very low calorie regimen. Almost 8 pounds in ten days is pretty close to a pound a day. Can a 57 year old woman stay the course? Laquo; day 4 progress. June 14, 2012. Weight = 188.3, 2.4. Pounds lost, 4.7. That’s the same as saying, no progress at all. But since so far it averages out to more than a pound a day, I can’t complain. Wait, yes I can. Stalling is never any fun. Even a fraction of a pound lost can be a motivator!
