Thursday, May 6, 2010. Sooooo frustrated. Yesterday I didn't deviate one tiny bit from the diet. I didn't go to Bikram's to give my knee a rest. I'm going tonight. Wednesday, May 5, 2010. There is the hope that my body has used up so much fat that it had to fill the cells with water until it has a chance to dismantle them. Tuesday, May 4, 2010. The scale was down 1.4 this morning making me 161.8! Husband said he hasn't been that low for decades.so over that hurdle! It was a fun victory dance. The only odd thing that happened was that when my husband got home he started eating nuts by the handful, which he does every night. His chewing was so IRRITATING!
