Tuesday, October 11, 2011. I decided to make yesterday my last dose day. I'm 3 days short of the 40-day round I was going for, but I started getting hungry, and I pretty much stopped losing. My goal was to get into the 130s and I'm there. Once I hit 139.8, I stayed there for 3 days, then I lost .2 yesterday. So I figure, my body is ready to have a break. Of course, with that decision made, I was down .6 this morning. So I now weigh 139. Monday, September 19, 2011. Am I back to blogging? Round one in Febr...

Friday, February 26, 2010. I didn't post yesterday only because I was too busy to take the time. I'm in a much better frame of mind. When fatigue hits, everything feels impossible- even the smallest thing. So looking at the big picture of weight loss is discouraging when I'm that low. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Christmas events carried on too long. My mom's an excellent baker. I wasn't weighing myself. Any more excuses? In any case, I gained more than I wanted to let myself gain. I'm eating clean today and part of tomorrow. But isn't there always something? My dad goes in for an early morning surgery Friday. It's out of town, so my sister and I are going along to be with my mom- staying overnight Thurs. Now, where can I eat out for 3 meals where I can avoid sugar, wheat and dairy?
