Ahhhhhhh, what a beautiful Tuesday morning for me it is. I woke up this morning, sprinted for the bathroom, stripped, peed and jumped on the scale while holding my breath and praying. Then it showed up. the glorious numbers: 162.4- EXATCLY 20 pounds down from 182.4 my start weight. R arm 1.5 in. L arm 2 in. Hips 1.6 in.
