Today was an extra special day because we could sleep in an extra 45 minutes, yes that's right 45 minutes! Once we finished the tour we enjoyed iced coffee and standard Fourth of July cuisine (with a little Honduran twist) from Tanya's new restaurant, that lived up to its high expectations. How did we get to be this lucky? Tomorrow will be a fun-packed day full of zip-lining and shopping.
