Harrow Mencap operates a membership open to all adults, who are 18 and above. Membership is open to individuals, families and carers and is renewable annually. Members elect our Board of Trustees, influence our policies as well as support our campaign and advocacy work. Members also receive quarterly newsletter and annual reports published at the end of the year.
