2004 Medicaid Limits Established. The Medicaid Rate Setting Unit has completed its calculation of the reasonableness limits that will be used in generating Medicaid rates effective July 1, 2004. The most startling result is the miniscule increase in the reasonable hourly limit for Aides. Although the RN limit increased by 6.2% and the LPN limit increased by 6.5%, the Aides limit increased by less than 1%. Average facility occupancy remained at 91% which was the same as last year.
