Tuesday, November 23, 2010. In all my images, I took pictures of Hannah. I took all of my photos inside. I really like all of the pictures. The principal of design that I see the most in all my photos is rule of thirds. I don’t think my principals of design are really strong, but I think they are still there. However, rule of thirds is the one that I see the most in all of my photos. I think rule of thirds contributes to my work because it really highlights the light in the photos.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. This is a picture of a flower. I took this at the IMA. I really like the main colors in the flower, because purple and yellow are complementary colors. It really makes the flower pop. When I took this photo, the first thing that caught my eye was the middle of the flower because of the color. When I took this image, it was about one thirty in the afternoon. I chose this picture to represent my work, because I love flowers. Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Style Definitions */ p&#...

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. This is a picture of my little sister. She is in dance, so I asked her to do a heel stretch. A heel stretch is what she is doing in this picture. I chose this picture to represent my work, because I am a dancer just like my little sister. When I took this picture, I was in my backyard. It was about seven o'clock at night. There was a sunset in the background which I really think adds to the photo. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Miss Felix's Digital Photography Site.

Lighting can make or break a photograph. Too much light can leave a photo over exposed; too little light can result in too dark of an image. Finding the balance and knowing how to use the light can make all the difference. Below are several images shot by last year’s students. Assignment 6- Action Photography.
