Shortly after my Celiac diagnosis, I tried to eat gluten free oatmeal. I thought that anything that was gluten free was safe for me to eat, so why not oatmeal? After my first time having gluten free oatmeal, I suffered with gluten ataxia. So badly that I almost took. 1 Cup gluten free buckwheat groats. 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon. Bring water to a boil. Not crazy at all!

While out and about for a weekend of fun, we happened upon some really great finds. Up in Levittown, PA we discovered Shannon’s Sweet Shoppe. Another great find was Via Roma. It seemed huge actually! We got 2 pizzas, one cheese and one mushroom and onion. So delicious! Via Roma also offers many of their pasta dishes gluten free.
