Great when you are in a hurry and dinner should have been an hour ago :). 2-3 slices of deli sliced turkey breast, diced. 2 TBS Favorite BBQ sauce. 3 sliced red bell peppers. 3 chunks dole pineapple, cup up. In a small sauce pan place all ingredients except the cheese. Heat through and place in a warmed pita. Top with cheese and enjoy :). What is a Jicama.

Sunday, September 18, 2011. We picked a perfect day for the zoo, the day after Labor Day so it was not crowded at all. And they had a discount cause it was the first Tuesday. Of the month (and we didn't. Know) always love saving some money. And we got to see a free dolphin show. Oh and it was cloudy with a little breeze.much better than what we were having hot humidity. Sunday, July 10, 2011. So I saw and heard a few people read this book and saw it in costco. And thought to myself, I really need to read more and plus, cherelle. Your bored out of your mind day in and day out sitting in this stinky old apartment. So I bought it and highly recommend it:) Somebody said, I find my self talking like the ladies in the book throughout the day. I laughed thinking me too! This turned out so fabulous! 1 small head purple cabbage, shredded. 1 ripe mango, diced. 1/2 red pepper, diced. 1 zucchini, diced. 1/2 purple onion, diced. 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped fine. 1 serrano pepper, seeds and veins removed (unless you like more heat, then leave them in). Saturday, October 23, 2010. 1 1/2 cup warm water. 1 Tbsp. yeast. 2 Tbsp. sugar. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 cube melted butter. Combine yeast and water, mix slightly, and let sit for 2 minutes. Add salt and sugar, and stir until dissolved. Add flour, mix. Pour melted butter on baking sheet, and roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Place on buttered sheet, and cut into strips. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Sunday, October 10, 2010. Make french toast - cut into cubes, set aside.
