The more icing the better! So let's do it! We're currently at $2350.00 with 27 different individuals/families contributing! Every little bit definitely makes a difference and with 93% of the HealthEd Connect budget going directly to programs. On to the thermometers! First Goal - $1000 Stretch Goal - $2000 Mustache Goal - $3000.

My rudimentary attempts at a blog - who knows where this will go? Sunday, January 11, 2015. Today was a day of celebration and preparation. We began the day at church. We shared in singing, prayers and worship. The service ends with everyone greeting each other and shaking hands. As soon as church was over we were greeted by the sinkhani health workers from Malawi. They've been traveling for two days to get here. They were greeted by shouts and singing from their Zambian friends. Last full day in Lusaka.

There was much laughter and singing and sharing of information. We divided in our various location groups for ease of translating and to have participants share in small group discussions. I survived . . . I crossed the finish line . . . barely. I'll give you the recap below. As you all know, I promised that I would run the race in a mustache, so last night I did the deed. After I arrived in London we took the tube out to see some of the sights. I've only been in London when I was in transit. Today was no different with one exception.
