Rice Milk Recipe | Healthified Living

Where living healthier is made easy. June 18, 2013. From left to right: Cashew Milk, Coconut Milk, Oat Milk, Rice Milk. 1 cup rice (brown or white). 3 cups water (for boiling). 4 cups cold water (for blending). 1/4 cup raw sugar. Place rice and 3 cups water in pan. Boil rice, then drain. Place cooked rice and 4 cups cold water in your Vita Mix blender, along with raw sugar. Strain through sieve or cheesecloth, chill, and enjoy. And in case you missed it, here’s a link to my Easy Oat Milk.

Where living healthier is made easy. May 13, 2016. After many hours of research to find out what things are beneficial for cleaning out the system and detoxing the gut, I came up with this recipe. I will provide links for you to all of the ingredients used. 26 oz filtered water. 1-2 splashes raw Apple Cider Vinegar. 1-2 tablespoon/s Diatomaceous Earth. 2-3 drops Oil of Oregano. 30 drops Grapefruit Seed Extract. 24 drops Liquid Rootbeer Stevia. Mix all ingredients together well in a glass jar and drink.

Where living healthier is made easy. May 5, 2016. I decided to try a spin on the homemade Coconut Milk. That I made yesterday, and the results were fairly tasty. Next time I would add 1 more cup of strawberries, but otherwise, this was good! Strawberry Coconut Milk 1. 5-6 cups homemade Coconut Milk. 3-4 cups fresh Strawberries, washed and hulled (I used 3, but would use 4 next time). Favorite sweetener to taste (optional). Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour yourself a glassful and enjoy!
