I’m guilty of ordering appetizers as my meal at most restaurants so I made a list of my favorite ones and lettuce wraps was the winner! I’ve mentioned a yummy restaurant I frequent here in Tallahassee before, 101 Tallahassee. Board on Pinterest and a couple other variations of this recipe definitely worth checking out at The Naked Kitchen. 1/2 cup prepared quinoa.

I personally don’t enjoy red meat as much as the alternatives so for this recipe we will be using ground turkey instead of ground beef.
