Sugarless Applesauce Cake Recipe. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce. 3/4 cup brown sugar twin. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8x4 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
