Wouldn't you like to know? Bread and Whole Wheat. Monday, January 06, 2014. 3 cups shredded cheese. Sea salt and pepper to taste. Precook the pasta until al dente (about 1-2 minutes less than recommended cooking time). Drain, rinse and cool pasta. Place the butter, milk and eggs into a 9 x 13 casserole dish and mix with a fork or spoon until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cups of grated cheese. Fold the noodles into the sauce until well-coated. Bake for 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Monday, January 06, 2014. 2 cups AP flour. 1 T baking powder. 1/8 tsp sea salt. 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces. 1 egg, beaten. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup half and half. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 large baking sheets. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in the cold butter until pea-sized crumbs are formed. Stir in egg, milk and vanilla. Do NOT overmix. Pat dough into flat rounds. Top with whipped cream.

Sunday, January 30, 2011. Here's any easy, yummy recipe for pears. I whipped this up tonight and the fam thought it was blog worthy, so here you go. And since I was prepared, I even have pics to go along with it. :). 8 medium sized pears. 1/2 stick of butter (could sub coconut oil). 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut. 1/3 cup organic cane sugar or honey. Monday, February 7, 2011. Sprouted Coconut Sunflower Seed Bars. I really love this whole "sprouting" deal. I already went into minor detail in another post. On the benefits of sprouting, but I highly recommend you read up on it and give it a shot. There is so much info on the net about sprouting, and all sorts of different websites that sell special sprouting jars or bags and other helpful tools. Have I ever mentioned how much I love using a dehydrator? They were actually good! 1/2 cup coconut flour.

Friday, August 1, 2008. Simple Wedding Flowers (Finally). Bride is hugging Flowergirl #1. She just saw her bouquet for the first time here. I used an interesting method for their bouquets. I used oasis handles, and put the daisies in to the oasis, and saved the stems, and wired the stems around the handle and covered the wire with a ribbon wrap, as if the daisies were clumped together and wrapped with a ribbon. The bouquets lasted many many hours this way, in the hot July weather! What a great job! Beaut...

Monday, June 28, 2010. Okay, this grain free diet is more difficult than I expected, I'll admit it. Perhaps it's not so much that it's hard to cook the allowed food, as it is missing the not allowed food. :/ But, the allowed food is good! Tonight I decided to throw some things in a pan and call it dinner. It turned out really good, but I don't have a good name for it. ;). 1 lb ground beef. 1 can artichoke hearts, drained. 8 oz frozen spinach (from a bag, not a block). 1/2 onion, diced. 2 tsp dried oregano.
