Last summer, when I traveled to Nigeria, I lost about 12lbs in three weeks! And there were hardly any opportunities to snack. Current weight: 173 (as of this morning). Well so far I'm 5 points in the hole each day ): I was trying to be good too because the amount of food that I've eaten is definitely less than I've been used to lately.
