25 March, 2014. Weekly Recap, 3/17 - 3/23. We received the new jump ropes my bf bought us and this was the warning that came with them. This is gonna hurt! This workout was NOT fun! 3 rounds for time, 30 min cap:. Rest 2 min between rounds. I got half a mile into the 2nd mile. The air squats started taking me FOREVER! Then I came home and started to cook up a storm! All three were winners! I don't remember what I did AT ALL. Didn't go to the gym. Just work and then headed home. :(. Miserable toes to bar.
