Lettuce, Apple and Cherry Tomatoes Salad. 1 green or red apple, cubed. 1 tsp brown sugar. 1 tbp lemon juice. Wash lettuces, apple and cherry tomatoes well in running tap water. Drain off excessive water. Remove apple core and cut to bite-size. Arrange butterhead lettuce in a big salad bowl. Top a layer of green coral lettuce and follow by red coral lettuce. Place the mix apple and cherry tomatoes in the centre of lettuce cup. Add in brown sugar and lemon juice into the mayo dressing. Mix well.
