Talking it out: Keeping it off. Since the purpose of this blog strongly relates to health through eating and exercise, I’m just going to provide a brief summation of my personal history with food and fitness. I know it’s silly to talk about having a history with food. It is something people are surrounded with every day. Constantly. Always. But I’ve always had an odd relationship with eating.
