I exercised once and memorized all my scriptures. However, I sucked it up with drinking water, eating ONE treat, and exercising the other two days. I am reporting my first goals for the week:. 1 session of weights doing biceps and Chest with 20-30 minutes. of Cardio. 1 Session of weights doing Triceps and Back with 20-30 minutes. of Cardio. 1 Session of weights doing Legs with 20-30 minutes. of Cardio. 2, 40 min. Cardio. Since the Doctor said no running on my Pump Bump feet I will most likely will do Bike and Elliptical. 24 daily target points with 35 week points.

Out My mom used to make a big deal of every holiday so I thought I would try and do the same for my kiddos this St. Patricks Day. For Breakfast I made my kids: green. Pancakes, shaped like shamrocks, green. Eggs, and I colored their milk green. For dinner I made white chili, colored green. Rolls, and green. Frog sugar cookies. Then we also had green.
