Restraint at the Sugar Factory. May 25, 2015. Anyway, the whole point is that the amount of self control I had to exercise while there was was incredible, especially when your in shape younger sister is walking around with a pale full of candy and sipping a milkshake that is probably a weeks worth of calories. I threw a punch and I liked it…. May 29, 2015. This morning, I took a session with Justin, one of the other trainers at the gym (Kenzie is out this week – sad face! He too is extremely wonderful; heart rate was high and the workout was fun. Especially the part where I slipped on some pink boxing gloves and threw some punches. I can’t even begin to explain to you the adrenaline rush this gave me or the excitement I was feeling. If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend taking a class. It̵...It̵...
