A little bit of healthy goes a long way. Thursday, April 4, 2013. The sweet potato is seriously the best vegetable out there! Newest adventure in sweet potato cooking brings us . Burritos! 1 can organic black beans. 4 small organic sweet potatoes. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 3-4 shakes Trader Joe's "21 Seasoning Salute" seasoning. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 2 teaspoons lime juice. Drain and rinse black beans and mix in bowl with sweet potatoes when done. Add lime juice, chili powder, and cumin. Stir.

The other day Max said that she asked him to go to the field with him so she could tell him something. He said okay. They got to the field and she told him how much she liked him. Friday, May 22, 2015. 1 I woke Max up the other morning and his arms went straight up in the air with two thumbs up. I guess he was ready to get up! Hooray for thumbs up in the morning. 2 Lyla has a plantar wart on the bottom of her foot. We have been putting apple cidar vinegar on it for months. It is still there. We call it wart foot.
