Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Cardio is one of the main sources of burning fat by getting your heart rate up. No one is a huge fan of cardio, because it's so time consuming. You should be doing 30 minutes of cardio to get a good work out in. You can do more than 30 minutes if you want to, but 30 minutes is the least amount of time you should be doing. Cardio is an extremely important part in the weight loss process. These workouts are based on being in a gym, I will post home cardio workouts tomorrow!
