Journey to Fit Yummy Mummines. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Week 17 workout in. Well, despite my sinus headache i was able to get in my workout today. I found Sudafed sinus headache meds and it clears me up just fine. I used 8lbs weights for the Step up Press combo. Not ready for 10lbs on my shoulders. It's a very sore spot since they got messed up in high school. For the dead lift i still need to go heavier. for chest press as well so i made it harder by doing it on the stability ball. Week 17 Day 3.

Journey to Fit Yummy Mummines. Friday, November 19, 2010. Okay this week was better. Getting back to eating oatmeal int he morning and i have really missed it. That mixed with a teaspoon of nutella and peanut butter make a great faux peanut-butter-cup oatmeal treat! My fave crockpot recipe has to be tortilla soup. So easy and can be adjusted to more firey for my family's taste or more mild for those experimenting with mexican heat. Slow Cooker Tortilla Soup. 2 large chicken breasts. 4 oz green chilies.

Journey to Fit Yummy Mummines. Saturday, June 20, 2009. Okay lost two pounds and dropped a pants size! Am now 2 sizes away from goal size but still 31 pounds away from weight loss goal that put me in the healthy range for my height. Been gauging my food and just stepping back from eating all on my plate really listening to what my tummy says in terms of fullness. I want to get to my 35 lbs weight loss goal now that i can see it. Journey to Fit Yummy Mummines. Sunday, December 19, 2010. Okay got to go to 2 Zumba classes and got in my strength training and as a result i have lost another half inch off my hips. Going to try to keep this up and hopefully loose more inches! Do need to get new jeans as my current jeans which were figure hugging are now baggy on me. This is exciting! Eating is much better getting in simple and fresh ingredients. More water and it's just been a time of making strides in a positive direction. yay! Going ...

Journey to Fit Yummy Mummines. Sunday, December 5, 2010. Weeks 5 and 6. Okay week five was okay, got in two out of three workout days. It wasn't my best week but i know i pushed even though i wasn't at 100%. Now week 6. This week i have been able to get in all three workouts days and had great cardio sessions! Journey to Fit Yummy Mummines. Sunday, October 4, 2009. Okay, since gaining some weight back. i have recently lost 4lbs. Eating clean and cooking at home. This IS the way for me to loose the weight. I have stopped eating out and am having more veggies. Soups and roasted veggies. Salads i'm getting to. It's a fight for me but i will get there. oh yeah and more fruit too. The next thing to do is to severely limit or eliminate most dairy ( especially since I'm lactose intolerant). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
