For tonight's juice I decided to keep things extremely simple. Adding a variety of vegetables is great as it allows you to get your nutrients from a wider range of sources. I had planned to eat a grapefruit this morning but wondered whether juicing 2 grapefruits instead would give me more nutritional goodness. So I opted for making juice. My Magimix Le Duo.
