It has the right amount of seasoning and is super juicy. In her original recipe she suggests making 2 chickens at the same time so you have left overs for the week. Yup, the age old question, how do I bake awesome yummy treats without cheating on taste? My friends, it is possible. I swear. It just takes a little ingenuity, perseverance and open mindedness. Let’s deconstruct any baked good. What makes a cookie taste great? Butter and sugar (mmm….a perfect combo). Moist ‘n Luscious Carrot Cake.
