Lower in sugar (than most banana bread/muffins). 4 ripe bananas, peeled. 2 Tablespoon canola oil. 1/3 cup brown sugar. 2 cups whole wheat flour*. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 2/3 cup plain lowfat or nonfat yogurt. Makes 2 very shallow loaves, or about 18 muffins. The fresher the better tasting/texture.
