Sugar free living…recipes…entrepreneurism. A few nights ago I was craving some homemade pesto. I planned on adding pine nuts as per usual, but noticing how expensive they are I opted for pumpkin seeds instead. The result was much better than I anticipated! I absolutely will be making this again:. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds. 2 tablespoons parmasan cheese. 3/4 cup basil leaves. 2 cloves of garlic. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1/2 cups olive oil.
