Monday, April 27, 2015. Discussions in the gym. Right now there is a discussion going on in our gym. Kerry is preaching once again about how people choose to eat junk and expect a "magic pill" to make up for it. It is a common topic around here. We just can't seem to understand why people would rather take a pill rather than just eating delicious food. Why do we have these discussions in the gym? Because people tend to want to "work off" their bad eating habits. (another common discussion in our gym).
