We both loved it! 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 tsp). 2/3 cup warm water (100-110 degrees). 3 1/2 tsp. olive oil, divided. 1 cup whole wheat flour*. 2/3 c all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/4 tsp. dried thyme. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup (1 ounce) chopped trimmed arugula. 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard.
