Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Well, I have another holiday cast! It was 2 years ago I had the same thing - only my cast was red and I put battery powered lights on it. I guess all you can do is add a bit of humor to the whole situation huh? Only a week to go until I get this thing off after 6 weeks and hopefully I won't be back with another one. Sunday, March 18, 2012. Hello everyone- thank you so much for all your prayers for my dad and our family. It has been a very rough past 5 weeks since we lost my dad. He was just so weak and finally is at peace now. Thank you to everyone who came/flew/drove in to his memorial Sunday dinner! He would have been so happy that we were all together!
