Stocked with fish, ponies, dragons, tigers, butterflies and faeries, the uber-cute River ‘o Halloween flows down 6th Street in Grants Pass, Oregon. Grants Pass is the cutest town we’ve seen in a while and the downtown Halloween stroll is the cutest thing we’ve seen, well, pretty much ever.
