Small to medium size shrub with sprawling, open structure that is typically 3 – 5 feet tall. Leaves are small, lance shaped and serrated. This Month in the Garden. This Month in the Garden. Medium deciduous tree with short trunk and irregular crown. Usually grows 15 to 30 feet tall. A beautiful small to medium size tree with dark green, glossy foliage and fragrant, fringe-like white to greenish white flowers that hang in drooping clusters that are 4 to 6 inches long.
