Went to Waco, TX, with the family. Had fun. Did get to run both days, though. 5.81 miles on Saturday, and the above last night. It was/is freakin' HOT. Links to this post. Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Tony Is A Runner! A Place For My Running Escapades. Thursday, August 20, 2009. Went for a Nuclear Stress Test this morning. All was going well enough. They put the IV jack into my arm, gave me the first injection, and took the pictures of my heart. Then, it was off to the treadmill. It starts of painfully slow.
