Sunday, May 20, 2012. We recently went to St. George, UT to visit Clint's parents! One thing we did while we were there was ride on their dune buggy. It was a lot of fun! Here are some pictures from a ride we went on in a canyon near Leeds:. It was really pretty! We also took a drive one day through Snow canyon and did a little exploring:. As shown here, the temple was originally built in 1846. When the members of the church left to go to Utah, the temple was burned down by those who persecuted the church. It was rebuilt in 2002. This statue is entitled "The Prophet's Last Ride" and depicts Joseph and Hyrum Smith as they road to Carthage Jail, where they were killed. My mom...

Finally, she realized that Christ, whose perfect faith had healed lepers, given sight to the blind, and raised the dead, and who had pleaded that his bitter cup be removed if possible-had finally been spared neither the agony of Gethsemane nor the pain of the Crucifxion. Wednesday, August 1, 2012. These were a favorite treat of mine that my mom would make when I was growing up. They are still one of my favorite treats! 3/4 c softened margarine. 2/3 c brown sugar. 2 ripe, mashed bananas. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 c chocolate chips. Mix margarine, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and mashed bananas. Add flour and baking powder and mix. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. I hope you like them! Mmmmm they sound good! Making my mouth water!

New bed frame (we liked the other one, but it was a little big for our bedroom and made it feel a lot smaller), an actual comforter set (instead of just a quilt), curtains, some new decor, new paint (we had to change the green because it clashed a little and we hadn't painted the other three walls yet), and (of course) new trim and casing! Tuesday, August 7, 2012. My view at 23 weeks. Only 17 more weeks! Hahait still feels like forever away! I'm sure it will be here before we know it though :). Our little girl is moving a lot more now, which is so fun! Clint is just starting to be able to feel her. It's still hard for him to tell, but I think it will become real obvious pretty soon :).
