This Cypriot Ship sheltered here in the bay for ten days. After the terrible storms it is just getting steam up to leave. This was a very cold frosty morning but there was a very hot morning sunshine and. It made this hot breath rise up off the sea,. This phenomena hasnt been seen before here as far as I can find out. The White Cliffs of Dover. Taken from my window these cliffs are over 20 miles away. Winter snow on the beach. The famous lug worms are used for bait for sea fishing.

Solitaire is the largest pipelay vessel in the world, it passed by very very close to the point and it was extremely big. It is 984 ft. long and has accomadation for 420 men including pipe fitters and welders. It has joined the international operation to lay the Nord Stream gas pipeline from Russia to Europe under the Baltic Sea,. Which will make the pipeline safer than across the land.
