Life has been a bit slow this week. I'm trying to get laundry done (I know, super fun! You're all excited for me) and generally getting my life together. I get all out of sync when people visit. Which made me think of this blog and the fact that I need to catch up with photos if I have any hope of staying on top of it.

Some days I think I live a charmed life. Several lg. whole roasted chiles of your choice, (Hatch’s makes some good ones, you can also buy fresh roasted ones at your local fruit/veggie stand at the end of the summer). One egg, beaten. Shredded cheese of your choice. Coat the chile with egg, then stuff each of your whole chiles with shredded cheese till it’s full, but not bursting, then coat with cornmeal. Some days I think I live a charmed life. In some ways, I’ve felt like we’re cheating. Surely we’re not supposed to be having this much fun? Surely we need to conform to the societal norm of the 40 hour workweek? But I’m reminded that we only get one life to live, and it’s too short not to spend it doing what you love.
