After taking this picture, I put her feet on the couch, and laid her favorite blanket on her. Poor tired girl. I guess she wore herself out playing all day. It's tough being a kid. So with this change coming, I ask myself do I regret home schooling my kids? Thursday, December 01, 2011. Angie and I decided to donate our hair to locks of Love. Trina Rowe was good enough to cut our hair to do so. I had to talk myself into it because I was so used to it being long. Here I am in my before picture. Here is Angela's before picture.

Thursday, February 23, 2012. Elizabeth's 1st Solid foods. So we have to just document this event. I felt she needed solid food when she just became too restless during her waking hours. When naps, diaper changes and breastfeeding were not working I thought I'd try feeding her some rice cereal. At first she didn't know what to think of the stuff. But after a while she thought is was aright. The picurtes say it all. What's this stuff again? Not sure what to think. Kirsten trying to feed Lizzie.

Sunday, June 12, 2011. We were so proud of Christopher for making the decision to be baptized. Here he is with Ken and I. I love his smile. The whole family came out to celebrate the occasion with us with a dinner following the baptism. All of my sibling except Alex and Eli came. Thank you for supporting us in this event. Saturday, July 23, 2011. Kirsten's self inflicted hair cut. Well Kirsten decided while no one was watching to cut her own hair. From the picture you can see the damage to her bangs. What the picture doesn't show is how short she cut the side of her hair. It was cut above her ear. Only one way to fix it unfortunately. Too bad it grows at such a slow rate. Sigh. Monday, May 02, 2011. We had a lot of fun during the Easter season. The Friday before Easter the kids Ken and I colored Easter eggs. We all had so much fun. On Easter Sunday we invited Grandma and Grandpa Downey and Grandma and Grandpa Tennant(Ken's parents or course). We all had a nice time visiting and eating. Christopher coloring his eggs.
