Sunday, March 27, 2011. As I don't do anything except take care of kids and work at the shop, sometimes I feel like I don't really have anything important to say. But, I have been working harder to take pictures so we don't miss this stage in any of the kid's development. I helped him pull up his pants the other day, and when we were done, he said "Fantastic Mom! I love it when they start dressing themselves! I marvel at their ability to put every article of clothing on backward or on the wrong foot!

Tuesday, September 6, 2011. After an entire spring and summer full of work on our dirt patch, we at last saw the fruits of our labors! After the first tilling. This was when we hauled in our biggest crop of rocks. I tilled again before we put the sprinklers in. That was a mistake. Had I known that. Wednesday, July 21, 2010. In four days, it will have been 1 year since dad died. I can't believe it's been that long. This is the last picture I have of dad. Jake is a Dilbert fan. Monday, December 15, 2008. The other day somebody in my class called me (it was a girl)! 11 times, too. IT WAS FREAKY! She kept on saying "I love you! And everything like that. Jake is a Dilbert fan. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. I am so sad. I will never forget him. He was such a good dog! He died of a heart attack (we think) because my Mom and Grandma were walking him and he tripped. My mom said "Let's go buddy. Come on! But Max just looked at her and gave her the look of "I just tripped." So my mom patted him on the head. 10 seconds later he put his head down and he was gone. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!
