Friday, April 26, 2013. G1988's Bad Robot Show. The watermark is not a part of the actual print. Invited me to be a part of their Bad Robot show I just couldn't say no. The hard part was trying decide what to do. So many great films and TV shows have come out of Bad Robot and the mind of J.J. Abrams it was hard to choose. The print is an edition of 20, 13" x 20", $30 each (unframed) and the 1/20 print framed for $60. Friday, April 26, 2013. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Victoria, TX, United States.

Thursday, November 08, 2012. 2 Show — Best Bat Buds. I was thrilled when I was invited to be a part of L td. Art Gallery's POP! 2 Popular Culture show. Above is the print that I submitted titled "Best Bat Buds." I really can't explain how I came up with the idea of two Caped Crusaders from different eras hanging out drinking beer — it just happened. I'm really glad that idea just popped into my head though, it was just too good not to draw! More info about the show can be found here. Mike did an amazing ...

Monday, October 15, 2012. Over the summer I worked on a few illustrations for a couple of magazines that are currently on newsstands. The first one above was for Boca Raton Magazine and was for a story about the upcoming Presidential debate that will be held at Lynn University in Boca Raton. The University loved this illustration and asked to use it on the main poster that will be put up all along the campus and handed out to attendees of the debate. And the Presidential debate article here. It was tough...

Wednesday, March 07, 2012. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Wow it's been quite a while since I did a blog post — for shame. Well, hopefully this will make up for it. February was the Raiders of the Rad art show over at Planet - Pulp. And featured all things Indiana Jones. Since I already blew my 'Raiders' wad the previous summer with my serial style Raiders of the Lost Ark poster. I decided to go with the Temple of Doom this time. Below are individual portrait drawings used to make the poster.

Wednesday, October 09, 2013. Hero Complex Gallery Walking Dead Show. Here it is, my piece for the official Walking Dead Show at Hero Complex Gallery. Opening this Friday (Oct. 11 at 7) in LA! The cool thing about this show is that every piece of art was officially approved by AMC's The Walking Dead team. I admit, I struggled with what to do for the show. I wanted to challenge myself and do something different. I started thinking "why haven't we ever seen a period zombie movie? Like one set in the 1920s?
